Image is everything. Well, almost everything. People always say I can't become what I am not. Making an effort to make one's self appear well groomed is not exactly changing who you are.

I am sure that you have found out over time, you are judged on your appearance. It happens all the time; this doesn't just apply to those attending job interviews. Wherever you go, be it to parties, meeting the in-laws or even walking down the street, believe it or not, you are judged!

Don't forget that your accessories are very important too. Your shoes say a lot about you, it is advisable to invest in at least two very good pairs, a black pair and the other a colour of your choice. Apart from your shoes, you also need a very good handbag or briefcase. Your make-up, jewellery and hairstyle are also a part of your image. Remember try not to over accessorise.

This advice also applies to the men. I know that most men are now taking their appearances more seriously, this, I find quite pleasing.
